Japan Monkey Centre is a Zoo devoted to monkeys with the largest
number of breeding monkeys (73species, 650 individuals). Managed
by a research foundation, Japan Monkey Centre under the jurisdiction
of Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
October 17, Heisei 18 will be the 50th anniversary of the founding
of Japan Monkey Centre.
